GENERAL STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a general store manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead daily operations, drive sales and create an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory, merchandising and customer service
• Lead, train and develop store staff
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, payroll and expenses
• Ensure high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, ordering and loss prevention.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• 3+years of retail management experience (similar environment preferred)
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
What we Offer:
• Starting salary at $25.00 per hour
• +50 hours per week
